5- Manual voice recording. You have the option to record your own voice greeting, but it’s a bit troublesome to do. You’d have to record it using your own equipment and upload it to eVoice’s system. You do have the option to get a professional-quality voice greeting, but you’d need to pay an additional fee.

4- Transcription: With this transcription service, voice messages are sent over to you via text message or email. Since you don’t expect to be able to answer all the calls professionally in real-time, voice messages are your best option to be able to gather and analyze the issues you face with your system. With this feature, gathering information into a database will be easy, and you can find the central issues your business is facing by simply looking for the recurrence of keywords in the voice mail. Thankfully, this feature is included in any of the eVoice plans (40 mail transcriptions per month – you pay an extra on top of this limit).

You also do not need to worry about the number of participants for the call conference. Normally, call conferences are already considered huge with twelve participants, but eVoice lets you invite up to 95 participants.
9- Fax: One thing that you may realize as you use this system, however, is that the fax services option is not readily available in the plans and you have to pay extra for them. The decision on whether you want to use this service depends on your logical client base. How many clients prefer to have a fax option? If at least 20% of clients seem to prefer a fax service feature, then consider using the fax service even if it means an additional cost. It will prove to be cost effective and worthwhile in the long run.
There is no contract or minimum duration of usage for the eVoice virtual phone system as it offers a free 30-day trial, but once you decide to sign up and pay for it on a regular basis, you end up with a monthly plan. There are basically four monthly plans to choose from:

Participants can also share their screens with each other. Although only 25 attendees can view the live video feed in one go, everyone can hear the live audio and view the video meeting as it progresses. Inviting participants to your meetings is very easy: Just ask them to provide their name and, as an option, their company name, email address, and phone number. Then you can do audio calls through the dial-in number or via the virtual phone.
The Meeting Experience
During a Web meeting, you can make images, graphs, and PowerPoint presentation within the eVoice program. You can also share your desktop screen or another application in your computer. Sadly, eVoice does not have an interactive whiteboard feature, but online group chats and private chats are available during meetings.
